Explain the connection between motion capture, XRC File, CSM File & BIP File

xrc is the motion capture recorder's file, it only could be read by 3ds max 4.2, so we will use 3ds max 4.2 to change it to csm file. It is a file have the information of motions. Then, we can use the csm file in a biped and then convert it to bip file, which can be used by any 3dx max version. Then we can use it for our animation.
