I rendered it out as 800*600 and then scaled it as 1280*800, so it is a little bit blur.
By the way, the file is AVI but it is only 4.28MB, I haven't find out how to make a nice quality but small size MOV file in After Effect.
Really good! I like the material on the guy...i dont recommend you render in After Effects the file size will always be huge just do it in Premier
